As parents ourselves and the owners of Red Dog CrossFit, we already have a vested interest in the health and fitness of the citizens of Wake Forest and the surrounding areas. We recognized the need for an alternative activity to get our kids active, healthy and spending less time on electronic devices. 

At Wake Forest Ninja Academy, your child will not only get to be more active they will also learn core values that we will instill into our lessons each day. Molding our children into active, healthy, upstanding young citizens is at the heart of our business. 

Recognizing that nutrition plays a crucial role in the health and development of our youth, we also discuss basic nutrition principles throughout each week to help our children make educated decisions when choosing food options.
