We are now located within the Merritt Capital Business Park off of Ligon Mill Rd. After entering the business park, take your first right at the Building 700, 744 sign. At the stop sign, take a right. We are the end unit with the windows, first door on the left.

As parents ourselves and the owners of Red Dog CrossFit, we already have a vested interest in the health and fitness of the citizens of Wake Forest and the surrounding areas. Camps:
Camp rules will be adjusted to maintain a safe environment. Rules applied, but are not limited to the following:

Make sure you cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.
Please try to avoid touching your facing.
Washing hands will be a priority throughout the day and before and after snack. Lunch times.
Masks are not required for students but they may wear one if parents would like.

ALL policies and procedures pertaining to camps at WFNA are still in place. Please make sure you read through them during registration.

Again, it brings us great joy to be able to provide a service to the community of Wake Forest during this time. Please help us keep a clean and safe facility by protecting our workers and students by adhering to the rules and regulations given in the information above.
